Time is in his hands

Wow! God is amazing and in his will, we will see his works among us. This is always a great perspective and a great mindset. Church planting is a journey, not a destination. The real journey starts after launch day.

We said we launch Holy Saturday and the Jesus of Isaiah 9 says he is a wonderful counselor and if we don’t that is OK. I hope you are getting the theme of this update.

The expectation of many is not the anticipation of one. It is ok if we push the launch back and start meeting in different ways? The church is going to be planted because we are sowing in prayer and deed.

I want to show you a picture of a workshop I taught at the largest church planting gathering in the world.

This group of people came from all over the United States and heard my teaching on making disciples among the poor. This is amazing over 35 to 40 people were able to sit in the meeting and at least 10 people tried to listen to it outside the room.

Our disciple-making strategy is important and that is what our new church is all about slowly building competencies to see disciple-making happen every day.

Join a church plant may seem insurmountable but i say it is the right way because of a couple of things.

It’s a creative endeavor that happens through community
It’s a team sport with multiple players.
It is the greatest expression of the gospel at work in people and a city
It can happen anywhere in the world anytime
It can multiple faith in homes, work, and play

Joining a church plant is being part of the Harvest of God to see lives transformed. Join us on any level of the journey.
